Halfway through there was a cloudburst and we ran for cover. It only lasted a few minutes but it dropped tons of water. We thought the show might be over, but it started back up again and we saw some more cool stuff.
On Sunday we went up to the air show in Ogden. We hopped in the car at the last minute and headed up and watched it from a parking lot not too far away so we saw a lot of cool stuff with the Thunderbirds (I think). It was really cool, and really loud. I think next year we will actually try to see it on base (maybe... no promises, but I think it would be fun).
The kids really liked it. We went to Steve and Andrea's (Thank you) afterwards for a yummy BBQ. It was yummy food and we had lots of fun!

Good luck getting Mike to take you on base. I hear every year how much of a mad house that would be and how long it would take just to get off the base afterwards, blah, blah, blah....
It was fun having you guys over. And I was PLEASANTLY surprised when Steve mentioned that not only were you guys coming up, but you were already here!
I don't know why, but pictures of Jenna and Sam are always so cute. I hope that they survive the boys/girls have cuties stage. Because I think it would be fun to have them be buddies in college! Instant set-you-up-with-my-roommate fun!
How fun, we have only gone once, but I loved it. It was the end of our really nice camera though, I miss that thing. Although I love the ease of digital. Katelyn looks like she is having so much fun.
