So, in honor of all the snow... here's a little video of the kids sledding. We have a great little park near us where the hill is just big enough that it's fun, but not such a hike to get to the top and no trees or anything to dodge. The best part is, it's minutes away.
An update on my exercise goal: I have done really well, and I have been walking/running on my treadmill consistently, however I do NOT like doing it while the kids are around. The kids plant their little bodies right in front of the treadmill and say things like "Run faster mom!"
I took Sam to his 5 year check-up, which includes everything to get him registered for kindergarten. Among other things like an eye test, he had to pee in a cup for them to check something (diabetes I think). When the doctor came in he asked Sam what he wanted to be when he grew up. Sam's answer was, "A doctor" (I did not prompt him on this, I think it was because the doctor was asking him). When Katelyn was asked "what do you want to do when you grow up" she said "Pee in a cup"

Looks like lots of fun. I can't belive Sam is going to Kindergarten next year. Jacob will to which also blows me away. Hope Sam keeps his goals big. :)

That is so cute!! We haven't gone sleigh riding yet this year, looks like we need to get with the program. Katelyn just needs to keep dreaming and one day she will get to pee in a cup!--That's funny!!
