It seems like it is CHRISTMAS everywhere and it's not even Thanksgiving so I'm pulling us back the other direction a little bit. So, my sister always had a huge Halloween party (and now she lives so far away... ) anyway, at the time they lived close. Anyway, they invited us up to their party when Michael and I were dating. To my SURPRISE, Michael said we were going to wear costumes. Well, Michael decides to wear this costume to my family's Halloween party. He was a hit of course (especially since most of my family didn't wear costumes, we're duds) and I was surprised that he would wear that. Afterwards, we went and knocked on his parent's door and his mom didn't know it was us. Well, as you can see from the picture (No, this is not the picture from when we were dating -- we did not have Sam when we were dating) that he wore it again for another family Halloween party a couple of years later. He showed up to surprise me because he was supposed to be working and he wasn't going to come to the party and ended up showing up. I'm not so sure he'd be happy about this picture on my blog.. but he never reads it and if he has worn it in public he wouldn't mind me posting it here right?

Time flies huh? That costume has gotten some good use. Wonder what the next one will be?
Love the costume, I think that was the first time a lot of us met Michael was when you were both hippies.
What is Flash-back-Friday?
And I know what you mean about people forgetting Thanksgiving. I am decorating for Thanksgiving today then we will get out the Christmas stuff after Thanksgiving. I hope you have a great Thanksgiving.
Nope... it wasn't the first time you met Michael (maybe that was the first impressionable time you met him.. he was at Alpine Days and Josh's Farewell... )or maybe you have him confused with all the other guys that I brought home - ha ha!
Flashback Friday is just a blog post that some of my friends do. On Fridays they post about something in the past, thus the flashback... I hope you have a good Thanksgiving too. I'm hungry already :)
You're right it wasn't the first, but I think it was just that it was so memorable (and shocking, maybe more you than him). You should put one with both of you on too.
Have a great Thanksgiving!!
That is too funny, he must have made a good impression :)
I remember that. It was shocking to see him in that. He seemed to straight laced to come dressed like that. We all know better now though... :)
